Words that ring very true!! And which we should all remember in those moments of hectic activity and juggling. Sometimes, the process of taking time out, makes everything happen that much more smoothly, quicker, and naturally. Love you guys, Annabel and Laura you are such an inspiration to everyone. Have you heard about Annabel?

This time yesterday I was supping on a beer in the middle of The Alps reflecting upon an awesome week of skiing and the mammoth task ahead: to put together the first all female team to row 7,500 nautical miles across the Pacific ocean. I always find ‘time out’ from the norm beneficial, if for nothing else than to draw some perspective. My friends may say that I was perhaps more reserved than usual during our time on the slopes. Truth be told, I was merely taking stock. The past six months have been a little bit of a haze and the past four months have felt like a marathon of working, training, planning, tweeting, writing, talking, meeting, planning, writing, training and so and so forth.
